"Mr. Michael Maune has displayed passionate service through his dedication to a high interest client project. While supporting a specific client within the mission area, Mr. Maune has been actively engaged in a critical, joint agency, mission operation with extremely high visibility across multiple levels of client leadership. Mr. Maune has delivered extremely impactful discovery  analysis and put his advanced analytic resourcefulness to use while performing complex tasks and delivering on high priority requests. Mr. Maune’s efforts on this project resulted in truly quantifiable outcomes. The development and the analysis gathered during this effort was alerted and disseminated to several high-level mission partners and  influenced both current and future operational planning. Mr. Maune’s outstanding work and accomplishments have been recognized not only by his immediate mission space, but also as high as Senior Executive Service leadership. Even throughout this effort, Mr. Maune also continued to exemplify the value of collective ingenuity through a steady dedication to his team. He has never hesitated to provide mentorship and knowledge  transfer to the staff on his team. Because of his dedication and hard work, the mission management team has regularly received positive feedback and gratitude.

"Since joining the program, Mr. Michael Maune has shown passionate service through extremely high-level client service to the mission space. Over the course of his 6 months on the program, Michael has taken it upon himself to mentor and provide knowledge transfer to fellow staff. Michael has been an embodiment of what Booz Allen Hamilton strives to demonstrate in terms of dedication to the pursuit of client mission goals."
